Where do you ship?

We have a robust logistics infrastructure that allows us to ship to over 130 countries. Most orders will ship from China, but we may also ship from the US or EU depending on stock availability.

When will I receive my order?

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days! After your order has shipped, the delivery time will vary based on your location. Our estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 6-10 business days (HI/AK: 10-20 business days)
  • Canada: 7-12 business days
  • Europe: 6-10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6-12 business days
  • Japan: 4-8 business days

Delays may occur due to factors like invalid addresses, customs clearance, public holidays, peak seasons, or carrier delays. We can't guarantee an arrival date, and your patience is appreciated.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order by logging into your Zenbask account.

If you can’t find your tracking information, email us at service@zenbask.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Why are there no updates on the shipping status? Is my parcel safe?

International shipments may not show updates via local couriers until they are cleared by customs and granted entry into your country. This process can take 3-5 business days. If your order is still within the estimated delivery window, please be patient! Once scanned by your local courier, tracking updates will be available.

If the status hasn’t been updated for an extended period and the order is overdue, contact us or the shipping courier for assistance.

Will I be responsible for any customs or duty fees?

Shipments to the following countries should not require customs or duty fees:

  • United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, Australia, New Zealand

Shipments to other countries may be subject to duties and taxes, which must be paid by the customer before the package is released. Refunds will not be issued if the customer refuses the package.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us atservice@zenbask.comimmediately if a change is needed. If we catch it in time, we can update your order! If the order has already been processed, we offer easy exchanges or returns.

My package shows delivered, but I didn’t actually receive it. What should I do?

Please check the following:

  • Verify that the delivery address is correct.
  • Check with neighbors or family members (sometimes they pick it up for you).
  • Look around the delivery area (e.g., mailbox).
  • Check for a delivery attempt notice.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date of receiving your product. After 30 days, we cannot process your return or exchange request.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must include the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Return Process:

  • Contact Zenbask customer service with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is defective or damaged).
  • We will provide a return address and detailed instructions.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • Zenbask covers return shipping if the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item being shipped.
  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., dislike or size issue), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Processing Time:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange request within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy:

  • If you want to exchange an item, please notify customer service during the return request. We’ll do our best to provide a replacement in a different size or color, if available.

Our home decor products are made in factories located in Guangzhou and other regions in China. Contrary to popular belief, China is home to many excellent factories and highly skilled artisans who produce outstanding work. We carefully select partners who share our values in product quality, safety, and fair wages. Every Zenbask home decor item goes through a meticulous selection of materials and multiple rounds of design and testing to ensure it is perfectly crafted, bringing comfort and beauty to your home.
